Our return policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including any invoices, certificates, or other documents. If the item is used, broken, or not in its original condition, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you selected your item in person or made a special request for customization, the return policy does not apply.
To initiate a return, please contact us at polosalesindia@gmail.com with your order details. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-4 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items over ₹2000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
